We were thoroughly impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and the prompt check-in process. The hotel facilities were fantastic and the staff were very accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the variety of breakfast options available, both Chinese and Western, and the convenient transportation options for getting around this city.

I really enjoyed the breakfast options they provided, with plenty of choices between Western and Chinese cuisine. The staff at check-in were extremely efficient and the cleanliness of the hotel and my room was top-notch. Plus, the location was convenient for my needs.
The language barrier was a bit of an issue; the staff didn't speak English very well, which caused some confusion when it came to getting my ticket for the Hot Spring.
